Health Psychology Consultation
An initial diagnostic consultation consists of a 90-120 minute clinical interview to gather information related to a patient’s presenting medical and psychological problems, symptoms, and psychosocial history, along with screening measures to support preliminary diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

Delayed Recovery & Chronic Pain Assessment
An evaluation for patients experiencing delayed recovery, chronic pain, and/or medical outcomes outside the expected or typical prognosis. This includes a full assessment of psychosocial strengths and risk factors and provides recommendations for psychological intervention and referrals.

Presurgical Psychological Evaluation
This evaluation consists of a full assessment of the psychological and psychosocial factors known to affect outcomes for orthopedic surgeries, spinal surgeries, and neuromodulation trials (e.g. spinal cord or peripheral nerve stimulation) to assist with medical decision-making by assessing the patient’s surgical candidacy and prognosis. Treatment recommendations for achieving the best possible outcomes are also provided.
